It was a great experience for me. I got to learn countless things while also having fun. My instructor was one of the best teachers I've ever had, and I learned a lot from him. I felt really close to my labmates and all of them were really happy for me when I won. I honestly loved this camp, and will 100% come back next year.
Camp has provided me with a basic debate foundation to build off of in my potential later debate experiences. Not only were the games and activities enjoyable, but the classes and lectures were as well. I have had an incredible camp experience and am so grateful for the opportunity to attend.

Attending this camp was valuable for my son not only for the debate experience but it has also helped him in his school classes such as English and Social Studies. Doing research on the debate topic was so beneficial.
We would say that the camp combines learning, working on speaking skills, camaraderie and fun very well. I would say highly organized and impactful two weeks.
Capitol Debate has just the right amount of fun and learning; even class can be entertaining and it is filled with education and debates. The teachers are very thorough and the residential staff members are caring and fun.

It's a great camp for kids to learn how to be independent and be responsible. My son had a great time at the debate camp, he not only learned a lot but also made a lot of friends! Kids can have both fun and learn how to debate at the same time.
