Debate coach and professor of communications at the University of Wyoming
Paul Narey is a debate coach and professor of communications at the University of Wyoming this school year. Before this, he taught debate in Korea and has 8 years of competitive experience in high school and college where he debated all around the country and in China. He also works closely with the Denver Urban Debate League where he tries to bring debate opportunities to urban areas. Outside of debate, he studied Economics at Regis University. In his spare time, he enjoys learning about music and playing shows with his rock band.

About Capitol Debate
Our Summer Camp and Year-round programs have helped build students’ communication and critical thinking skills, thus leading to better academic performance at school. The curricula of Capitol Debate debate camps is aimed to equip children with the ability to structure arguments, prepare debate cases, research evidence, write rebuttal briefs, deliver speeches and refute opponents. Students become prepared to give outstanding speeches in class, perform in a school debate or join their high school debate teams, Model United Nations teams or speech teams. Learn more »
