Belinda Elam is an LPN Nurse and has been a nurse for 9 years. She graduated from Brown Mackie College in Akron, Ohio where she received her nursing diploma. She is a 1:1 school nurse in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and is very excited coming on board with Capitol Debate. She is a mother of six children and seven grandchildren. She believes in the importance of saying hello, asking a child how their day is going, and that smiling could brighten a child's day; because you never know what a child may be going through. Being at this camp has helped her to build upon her competent and effective nursing care skills in order to help the children's medical needs, and concern.
