Our robust online learning experiences have been extended right now and throughout the summer. We're committed to adapting to provide programming that can get your students on the road to success today.
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts our families and communities, we'd like to reassure everyone that your family's health and safety remain our top priority. Our thoughts go out to all of our families that are going through difficult times. Capitol Debate is committed to providing you with information and support as we respond to the evolving novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
As of today, ALL Capitol Debate 2020 summer camps are proceeding as planned. Our University and college partners haven’t communicated any intentions of canceling their summer programs. However, please understand this is a fluid situation and we’ll keep you updated regarding any new developments as we learn of them.
In an effort to alleviate concerns for those planning to register for a 2020 Summer Camp, we’ve instituted a Peace of Mind Policy which provides greater flexibility from our standard Terms, Policies and Conditions as outlined below:
In the event Capitol Debate is required to cancel any one of our 2020 Summer Camps, our families will be notified as soon as possible. At that time, you’ll have the option to choose to transfer to an alternative camp location or change to another date without incurring any camp transfer fees. Or, you can choose to receive 100% credit back to your Capitol Debate account to be used towards any future summer camp, or year-round online program.
Payments will be automatically withdrawn from the payment method utilized to pay the initial deposit. All payments are non-refundable per our cancellation policy. Should cancellation be necessary prior to payment of the balance in full, the amount paid up to time of cancellation will be placed as a credit into your Capitol Debate account. All funds credited to your Capitol Debate account will be valid for 2 years beginning on the last day of the summer camp program purchased. Please refer to our Peace of Mind policy for details regarding Capitol Debate account credits.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we adapt to this unprecedented situation. We’ll immediately communicate any updates as they become available to us. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at (800) 450-5012, ext. 1 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns.
